Order Timing
Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to ship. We ship items as fast as we can and if you have multiple items in an order, they may ship out separately. You will receive tracking info as each item ships. PLEASE NOTE: SHIPPING TIMEFRAME MAY BE EXTENDED DURING BUSY HOLIDAY SEASON OR WHEN PROMOTIONS OCCUR

All apparel that is made to order (any items ending in "$.99") takes approximately 2-7 business days to create and non-apparel (mugs, phone cases, etc.) takes 2-5 business days for production.

Marathon prints take an average of 5-10 days to produce. 

Shipping time should be added on top of all these estimates, speed depends on product type and destination. If you're looking for an item to be delivered faster than USPS standard deliver, please reach out.

U.S. shipping ranges from 2 - 8 business days depending on destination, while international orders take 10 - 20 business days. 

 All orders with Free Shipping will be shipped USPS First Class. 

 

International Orders
We do ship internationally! However, international orders are final sale and are subject to import duties and taxes that are the recipients responsibility. You can check with your countries customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.  

International order take 10 - 20 business days for delivery.

We recommend selecting USPS International Priority or USPS International Priority Express shipping for international orders, which includes tracking and insurance. ILTR is not responsible for lost packages or uninsured packages shipped via USPS First Class. 

If you refuse a shipment from ILTR, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import duties, fees and/or taxes incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

 

Shipping Issues
I LOVE TO RUN is not responsible for items sent to the incorrect address or undeliverable items. Please check the shipping address closely before placing your orders. 

In case of returns, the customer is responsible for shipping. ILTR is not responsible for items lost in transit.  

ILTR is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the USPS, weather or other events out of our control. 

If your package is confirmed to be lost in transit and you selected a shipping option that is insured, reach out and we will help issue a replacement. ILTR is not responsible for lost packages or uninsured packages shipped via USPS First Class.
