How do you motivate yourself on off-days when you dont want to run?
Honestly lol It depends on the day and mood. Some days I motivate myself by trying to be a good example for myself. Some days I motivate myself because I don’t want to be fat LOL.
What do you do to treat yourself after a run, a race or difficult day?
If It’s summertime. I treat myself with an ice cold corona and amazing Mexican food. If it’s winter time a hot shower and a hot cup of coffee.

Two marriages which lead me to where I’m at in my life now. Which is an amazing place to be.
What advice would you give your 10 year younger self?
Do the work now the best is yet to come.
I go Skateboarding . Skateboarding‘s been my first love since I was 12. When I go to the skate park it takes me to a time of less responsibilities and I can refocus.
